Reliance Retail has once again changed its HR policy. The new policy is being reworked by Bijay Sahoo, the Reliance Retail president and chief people officer so that it is made into a more comprehensive manpower management policy. The changes are being made so that the company can fine tune its recruitment process while also increasing retention. The company has 6,000 employees and 89 stores at the present and aims to have 500,000 by 2010.
